We do not sell user personal data. We may share or disclose information in the following cases, to the extent necessary and appropriate for the purpose:

• With other users when sharing is an essential part of the advertising and communication service, or when the user chooses to display their data.
• With technical service providers who assist in hosting, operating, security, notifications, or infrastructure services under appropriate agreements.
• With competent governmental, judicial, or regulatory authorities when disclosure is required or permitted by law.
• To protect the rights, property, or safety of Sudacar, its users, or the public, or to investigate fraud or abuse.

Sudacar's services are not targeted towards children. It is assumed that the account and services are used by individuals with the necessary legal capacity.

If we discover that a child's data has been collected without an appropriate legal basis, we will take reasonable steps to address or delete it in accordance with the law.

Sudacar may use service providers or technical infrastructure located outside Sudan, if this is part of operating the website or application. This paragraph should not be adopted in its final form before identifying service providers, hosting locations, and reviewing legal requirements regarding cross-border data transfer.
